|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for 5 months already and I have nothing bad to say. They keep the outside well maintained. Whenever I have an issue it’s resolved within reasonable time. The staff is always so nice. I love in an upgraded unit and it feels like a nice and cozy home.

|Recommended: YesI’ve been here about a year and a half on a coworker friend recommendation and I LOVE it here I have great neighbors the office staff Laura especially has been wonderful Maintenance guys have been prompt in tending to my needs and they’ve been thoughtful in even leaving a light on so I don’t come home to a dark home 🤗 which is super sweet. Parking is nice, laundry room is always clean and brightly lit grounds are always clean and tended to weekly. This home community is phenomenal and the location is great as well.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I’ve lived here for almost a year and went through a very rough period of not being able to find a quality good job. During this time Laura, the office manager has been nothing but kind and god sent. She helped me through this difficult period by working with me and helping me find resources from the city to help with rental assistance. I’m so very grateful to her and deer oaks for helping me see through this rough patch.

|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — The only complaint I have is definitely don’t have a king size bed because the master bedroom is just as big as the second room which I am not used to. It should be bigger for the price and I didn’t have hot water moving in but they are very quick about getting maintenance to you to come look at it . But otherwise, nice apartment

The assistant manager Laura is the absolute BEST She is patient, goes out of her way to help us and extremely knowledgeable at her job Laura actually cares about tenants and my mom and I truly appreciates that It’s very quiet, well lit at night where my mom lives and my mom loves it at Deer Oaks The maintenance staff is truly quick with maintenance requests Our favorite maintenance guy is Felix He has also been at Deer Oaks a long time and is caring just like Laura, who has also been at Deer Oaks a long time as well I recommend Deer Oaks apartments
