|Recommended: YesMy mom has been at the Deer Oaks apartments for many many years Being that I communicate with the office regularly for my mom. The assistant manager Laura is the absolute BEST She is patient, goes out of her way to help us and extremely knowledgeable at her job Laura actually cares about tenants and my mom and I truly appreciates that It’s very quiet, well lit at night where my mom lives and my mom loves it at Deer Oaks The maintenance staff is truly quick with maintenance requests Our favorite maintenance guy is Felix He has been at Deer Oaks a long time and is caring just like Laura, who has also been at Deer Oaks a long time as well I recommend Deer Oaks apartments

Laura has been at Deer Oaks a long time and is absolutely great at her job My mom has had a great experience at Deer Oaks for all the years she’s been there Laura truly cares about tenants at Deer Oaks The maintenance staff is great as well, Felix the maintenance man is AWESOME Quiet community and well lit at night where my mom’s unit is. No complaints here

|Recommended: YesI really love this property. The management, staff and maintenance are top notch. The property is located conveniently in the Medical Center but just before you get to all the traffic.
The apartments are very reasonable in price. You can get one bedrooms for approximately 800-920 and two bedrooms for 1050-1100 and townhomes for 1255, two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is a lot of value there.
Kristina is a true professional and very resident oriented. If you are looking for a place, please ask for Kristina so she can tour you. If you choose Deer Oaks, you cannot go wrong.
